Le Elsdale is the kind of place that makes you want to cancel your other plans. The lemon Italian rice ball was crispy, bright, and addictive—if they sold them by the dozen, I'd be broke. The olives were the perfect salty opener, setting the stage like seasoned pros. And the scotch collection? Let’s just say I suddenly understood the meaning of “spoiled for choice.” It’s the kind of spot that feels like a well-kept secret... which I now regret telling you about.

The service was EXCELLENT! I asked the server to surprise me with anything, and I was pleasantly surprised! I got the chicken and corn fritters and they were soooo delicious! The atmosphere is also very nice, not too loud, just perfect. I highly recommend and would definitely go back!

We went for a friend's birthday brunch because it's one of her favorite spots. Definitely a great recommendation; simple yet effective menu which apparently changes every season or so. My egg sandwich may sound simple but was well balanced and all the ingredients worked well together. The crispy potatoes were perfect; crunchy outside, tender inside. We reserved on a Saturday morning for 6 ( a baby) and they gave us the "wine room" which was perfect for cozy brunch amongst friends. The place was packed by the time we left but we had great service throughout.

This was a perfect experience on all accounts. I want to come back and try ALL their brunch dishes. And the mimosas are no ordinary mimosas... they are quite refined!

This is THE place to have brunch in Montreal. The food is amazing, there is something for everyone to choose from, and the service is very good. The place is quite cozy. Their Turkish Eggs are a must try. Eggs Benedict and Chicken & Waffles are really good, too. They also have a very good selection of wines.

Really great spot to grab lunch! Service was courteous, attentive and prompt. The food is fresh and delicious. One thing I must highlight is their carrot cake on the dessert menu. It’s literally the best carrot cake I’ve had in my entire life. I’m definitely going back again!

A very pleasant brunch made us a great start of the day! The donut was soft inside and not greasy at all with subtle flavors of sweet and buttery. The Turkish egg was balanced in flavors. There was quite amount of fresh minced garlic in the sour cream. A good choice for brunch!
